Always pre-build first  dissemble then the actual final build! Use spacers which have 3\/4 inch flats  to fit plates with 6\/16 inch axle hole. Wheel adjuster blocks accept 3\/8 inch-24 screws. *NOTE: Frame does not have a cross shaft provision for mechanical brakes  available separately as required. Frame accepts XL rigid oil tank and oil tank battery mount kit. Provision must be made for rear mounting to fender. For use with disc brakes.
