- Custom gas tank does away with the stock fuel gauge and utilizes two right handed screw bungs to accept late style gas caps. Fuel capacity is 5.1 gallons.
- Order gas caps separately. The tank uses a stock style FXDWG dash console. Tank is not for fuel injected Vtwins. Check the tank for flaws and fit before painting. It requires sanding and primer before painting. Do not grind or sand the seams or joints. Check the petcock opening making sure the petcock can be easily installed. The petcock should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of petcock. Clean the inside of the tank. It is suggested to pressure test and use a tank sealer. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean condition and seal to help stop leaks and prevent corrosion.

- Returns must be in NEW/UNUSED condition in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- If the part is used there is a possibility that you will not receive a full refund, as we do have to resell the item.
- Electrical parts are NOT returnable.
- All Returns must be authorized by us and you will get a RMA number to put on the outside of the box.
- If an exchange needs to be made we will gladly work with you, however you must pay for shipping to return item AND shipping to get the new item to you.
- In the event that we make a mistake, they do happen occasionally (we are sorry), we will cover shipping costs to get you the correct item.
