Not satisfied with the purchase made on our website? If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase we'll provide a fast refund or exchange. All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 60 days from receipt date, be in new unused condition and include original product packaging.

Return & Exchange Instructions:

Sign in to your account within 60 days from the date your order arrives, go to your order history and follow the steps to set up a return.

Return shipping with a Prepaid Label:

We will pay the return shipping if we were the ones responsible for an incorrect item sent, or a damaged item.

Note: Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. The Manufacturer's packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Do not use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. International customers please refer to our international return instructions. We wave the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if the original packaging is not returned. This is because now we are forced to sell the item as used.

FREE First Exchange

Quick, easy, free return shipping on your first apparel exchange. We want your gear to fit just right.

Should you order something today and later realize you need a different size, just give us a call at 732-608-4399 and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We will arrange to email you a UPS shipping label for the item(s) being returned and get you setup for an exchange - FREE of charge.

Note: Gear/apparel must be in brand new condition and include original product packaging. This excludes international orders and orders from AK, HI, and Puerto Rico, and Guam. These places are not applicable for Free returns for customized gear.

Refunds:

Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment. Return payment can take up to 3 days after we receive the part back in our returns department.

OCPPARTSWAREHOUSE.COM is not responsible for lost or damaged packages when a customer makes a return. Please be sure to insure the package with the shipping company you are using. If we issue a shipping label, we hold ourselves responsible for loss or damaged merchandise.

Parts with any defects such as returned used, shows markings of being installed will not be allowed for return. If the item is returned in used condition, the return will be refused and shipped back to the customer.

Electrical items are not returnable.

All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded. Exchanges or manufacturer defects are acceptable.
