Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns can be done by signing into your ocppartswarehouse.com account, find your order history, and follow the steps to initialize your return. You can also option to call us direct at (732) 608-4399 and a representative can assist.
Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.

Missing, Damaged, Or Defective Merchandise:
All claims regarding shorted or shipping-damaged items must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Please save all original packaging and related materials for inspection. In some cases it may be helpful to have a digital photo of damaged items when contacting us for a damage claim.
All defective merchandise is warrantied by the manufacturer, not by ocppartswarehouse.com Warranty claims are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Seek Warranty Return Authorization (RMA) prior to returning the merchandise.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
