Early OEM Panhead Cases use a right hand threaded circuit breaker stud included in this kit. Aftermarket cases may vary. Please check your case for proper thread. If you need left hand threaded stud purchase our late Panhead/Shovelhead Lightning Cam Chest Kit part V-Twin #10-1327.
