Manifold is not recessed it is machined on to the gasket surface. Requires use of spacer and/or insulator block to add length to mainfold which are sold separately.
Tech Notes: Suggested to use #35-0541 Three Bolt Carburetor Spacer or #35-0885 Linkert Carburetor Spacer. Suggested to use with 35-0885 Linkert Carburetor Spacer.
