Before finishing with primer or paint installer must prepare fender by checking alignment of fender tail and bracket fit the fender body braces and mounting points in place and must be hand fitted at hinge and pin area. Fender rivets hinge and brackets and alignment will have to be adjusted and tweaked to fit your components. Fender tail is not drilled or inchcut out inch for tail lampinstallation. Patience is required for proper installation! We suggest pre-fitting fender prior to painting. *NOTE: Chain panel with ribs is inchbuilt in inch as one piece with the fender. Factory sample is a brand new pre-production parts but may have imperfections on the finished surface. Check threaded and bearing holes for excess plating before installation. There are no physical defects such as cracks or holes there will be cosmetic imperfections only. Sample parts may show marks from installation test and fitment. *NOTE: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
