45 inch Rigid Frame

Don't forget the pre-assembly procedure! Before primer and paint the frame will require de-greasing. Frame accepts 3 bolt transmission case. Top frame tube has threaded inserts to attache center tank panels. Threads are for bolt set VT #8822-18 Top of Gas Tank Screw Kit Cadmium. *NOTE: There are no serial numbers stamped on the replica frame. The seat bushing is pressed into the frame. *NOTE: Battery box tab is correctly offset to the left side as original looking from rear of frame. *NOTE: Must align motor mount holes transmission case to fit adjuster screw alignment. Tool box mount tabs must be added to the right side. *NOTE: All frames are shipped to the lower 48 states by carrier truck please allow extra time for delivery. All other shipments will be made air freight collect. *Note: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
Tech Notes: Required to use with #8822-18 top of Gas Tank Screw Kit Cadmium to attached #49-0121 Tank Cover Strip Zinc or #49-2526 Gas Tank Cover Chrome. * Install rear motor mount bolts first. * Ream front motor mount bolts to fit. * Pre-assemble before painting. * Transmission may need shims to level out.
