Weld-On Frame Hardtail
DIY hardtailing is easy to install as the alignment is accomplished in the mount design provided. Welding should be performed by a skilled welding technician. Weld on unit should be aligned for chain clearance prior to final welding. The distance between the inside to inside of the axle plates is 9-1/8 inch. The axle slots are 7/8 inch on both sides. *Note: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
Tech Notes: The width of the tail section should be exactly 9-1/8inch. Due to the welding process this may vary slightly & builder will need to modify accordingly.

Alaska orders will be charged a flat $35 charge and will be shipped Post Office Priority Mail. We do not ship Oversized mail to Alaska.
Hawaii orders will be charged a flat $35 charge and will be shipped Post Office Priority Mail. We do not ship Oversized mail to Hawaii.
